Concrete dust on everything
Bare slabs shed fine dust forever — it coats your car, your tools, and everything you store.

LiquidLux Epoxy — Milton & the GTA
Metallic and flake epoxy floors for garages, basements, and shops — diamond-ground prep, written fixed pricing, back in service in 24 hours.
Ground to bare concrete, flood-coated, and sealed under a high-gloss topcoat — in a single day.
The problem
Bare slabs shed fine dust forever — it coats your car, your tools, and everything you store.
Ontario winters drag road salt in on your tires. Unsealed concrete spalls, pits, and stains a little more every year.
Roll-on garage kits skip the grinding. Twelve months later they lift under hot tires — and now the floor is harder to fix.
What we coat
Flake, metallic, and solid-colour systems that turn a dusty slab into the best-looking room in the house.
Explore garage systems →Seamless, moisture-tolerant floors that make finished basements brighter — with no carpet to flood.
Basement floors →Poured metallic countertops and seamless kitchen floors — a stone look without a stone budget or a demo crew.
Countertops & kitchens →High-traffic systems for shops, warehouses, showrooms, and restaurants — installed around your schedule.
The transformation

A real LiquidLux install — photographed the morning of the pour and again once the topcoat had cured.
Who turns up
No subcontractors, no rotating faces. We grind, patch, pour, and broadcast every floor ourselves — which is why we can put a written fixed price on it and stand behind the finish.

Our work

How it works
We measure, moisture-test the slab, and hand you a fixed written price. No estimate ranges, no surprises.
Diamond grinding opens the concrete's pores; cracks and pits are filled and profiled. Prep is 70% of a floor that lasts.
Base coat, full flake or metallic broadcast, then a high-gloss polyaspartic wear layer. Park on it in 24–48 hours.
Straight answer
We don't publish a price per square foot, because a number that ignores your concrete isn't a quote — it's bait. Here's what we look at during the walkthrough, so nothing on the invoice is a surprise.
The single biggest driver. A single-car garage and a three-car garage are different jobs, not different sizes of the same job.
Cracks, pitting, oil saturation, and old peeling coatings all add prep. Sound concrete costs less to coat than damaged concrete.
A solid-colour floor, a full flake broadcast, and a hand-marbled metallic are three different materials and three different labour days.
Ground-floor garages are straightforward. Below-grade slabs, tight access, and after-hours commercial work carry more.
Every quote is written, fixed, and free — and it holds unless you change the scope.
Back on your floor
Fast-cure polyaspartic topcoats mean your garage isn't a construction zone for a week — it's out of service for a weekend, then done for a decade.
What clients say
“The floor is the first thing everyone comments on when the garage door opens.”
“One day of work and the basement finally feels finished — and bright.”
“They worked around our shop hours and we never closed for a single day.”

FAQ
Pricing depends on square footage, concrete condition, and the finish system. Every quote starts with a free on-site visit and ends with a written, fixed price — no surprises on install day.
A properly ground and coated floor lasts 15–20 years in residential use. Preparation is the difference — which is why we diamond-grind every slab instead of acid etching.
Epoxy builds thickness and strength; polyaspartic topcoats add UV stability and fast cure times. Most of our systems combine both — an epoxy base with a polyaspartic wear layer.
Light foot traffic the next morning, furniture and vehicles within 24–48 hours depending on the system and temperature.
Full-flake floors have natural texture, and we can add anti-slip aggregate to any finish — useful for exterior steps, ramps, and commercial kitchens.
